Guide prices for the commercial cleaning of office chairs, hospitality seating, upholstered furniture and carpet floors — with a volume discount and, on request, under a framework contract. The binding price follows after a photo assessment or site visit.

We charge carpet floors and fitted carpets per m² — the larger the area, the lower the price per m². The binding price follows after a short site visit or based on photos and area details.

Moving furniture is charged separately. Clearing and replacing furniture is not included in the per-m² price and is charged based on effort. Cleaning is most cost-effective when the area is freely accessible on our arrival. Areas over 400 m²: quote after site visit.

For commercial jobs with several objects this is usually reached anyway.
Binding price after assessment
The amounts shown are guide prices (from-values). The definitive price depends on material, quantity, area and soiling. Travel and materials are included in the quote — as a QR invoice on request. For regular cleaning we offer framework contracts with fixed terms.
