After spray extraction the upholstery is slightly damp and needs around 8–10 hours to dry. If we clean overnight, the chairs are ready to use again the next morning.

Yes. In offices in particular we are happy to schedule the cleaning in the evening, at the weekend or during quiet periods so that operations are not disturbed.
For normal offices a professional cleaning once or twice a year is usually enough. For heavily used workstations, shift operations or after a staff changeover, a shorter interval can make sense.
Often yes — even older stains can frequently be improved considerably. We cannot promise complete removal, however: deeply penetrated stains or pre-damaged fabric sometimes remain partly visible. Send us a photo and we will tell you honestly in advance what is realistic.
